Brodrick Spencer is an experienced educational executive and nonprofit operations leader with nearly 30 years in public education, youth programming, and community development. As Southern California Director of Operations for the William Law Foundation, he leads afterschool and childcare programming, strengthens compliance systems, and supports grant-driven growth initiatives. Previously serving 13 years as a secondary principal and 8 years as an assistant principal in New York school districts, Spencer is recognized for improving academic performance, expanding Advanced Placement access, strengthening college readiness pipelines, and developing inclusive educational systems. He holds a Master of Education from Howard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara, along with permanent New York State administrative certifications. Spencer’s work is driven by equity, access, accountability, and sustainable systems improvement.
